On being a non-traditional student
I am fortunate enough to work in my field of study. My title is “Network Engineer” or “Resident Geek”. That basically translates to: “She who fixes anything that breaks that has wires in it.”
I wouldn’t trade this experience for the World! I was able to step out of my comfort zone, and realize many other students share some of my same hardships. Everyone on the Take America to College team was great. From the students like me, all the way to the intern that helped with the lights. [...]
